StacLo processes and ships out all order Monday through Friday. Your package will be shipped
within 1 to 4 business days after your order was placed. Once the product has been shipped,
you will receive a tracking number via email. Packages will be delivered within 7 to 10 business
days after shipment. We use USPS as our primary carrier.
You will receive an email if an item you purchased is out of stock. We will provide you
with the estimated delivery date. You will receive an automatic refund if the item is
expected to be restocked within 2 to 3 weeks.
If you notice an error with your address after you have placed the order, please email us
ASAP at: with your name and order number. Please make sure to
thoroughly check the information before finalizing the order. We will try our best to
rectify the error if the product has not yet shipped, but there are no guarantees.
