Why should I get the StacLo bottle? 
      StacLo bottles can keep you hydrated, while providing with the benefits from each stone.  "Enjoy the benefits of healing on the go"

How do I use my StacLo bottle?
      Make sure to wash your bottle before using it. It is dishwasher safe.We recommend you to wash the detachable base by hand. Use warm water and dish soap. Your bottle is ready and clean to be filled with your choice of stone and water.

Does the bottle break?
      We recommend that you treat your StacLo bottle with care.The borosilicate glass makes it quite durable, however, there is always a chance of it breaking because it is glass.

How many milliliters of liquid does the StacLo bottle hold? 

      The bottles can hold up to 450ml.

How much does shipping cost?
     We offer free shipping within the United States.

How long does it take to receive the bottle?

     Orders will take 7-10 business days to be received. Take into
consideration that major holidays will require extra time.

Can I track the shipment progress of my bottle?
     Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your purchased bottle is on its way.

Orders:
What payment methods are accepted?
     We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all other credit cards.

How can I use my promo code?
     You can enter your promo code once you get to the checkout page.

What if I don’t receive my bottle, due to incorrect address?
     It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. A new bottle will not be issued and you will not receive a refund if you provide StacLo with the incorrect address at the time of purchase.

Returns:
Can I make a return?
     You can return your product within 14 days of your purchase if it is in the original packaging. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received by the buyer. Please email us at Info@staclo.com.

Will I be responsible for the shipping cost?
     The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item. We recommend that you ship the item with a tracking number and use the
appropriate packaging since it is glass.

Will I be notified once you have received my item?
     Bottles will be looked at once they have been received to make sure they meet the return requirements. If the bottle is in the original packing and it is determined that it has not been used, then we will issue your refund. We will notify you once the return has been processed to the original form of payment.

What happens if the bottle gets damaged during the return process?
     Make sure to handle our bottles with care because they are made out of glass. We will not be responsible for any damage due to mishandling of the bottle.Please make sure to take extra precautions when packaging/shipping the bottle.

Can I exchange my order?
     Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on StacLo bottles. Exchanges will only be allowed if you have received the wrong item.
